Hoeft Headquarters

Natural light was a guiding principle throughout the design, with expansive interior glazing allowing daylight to penetrate deep into offices, conference rooms, and circulation spaces. A custom floating staircase crafted from exposed steel and concrete serves as the focal point of the interior, celebrating structural expression and craftsmanship.

The exterior composition is defined by a natural material palette of precast concrete, natural stone, steel, and warm wood accents, creating a bold yet timeless presence. Inside, the design is a refined workplace where subtle branding is thoughtfully integrated through carefully selected materials, custom millwork, and architectural detailing. Custom built-in workstations take cues from the exterior architecture, reinforcing a cohesive design language that carries throughout the building.
